Our objective is to create a consolidated document encapsulating our client’s vision. The comprehensive plan will help facilitate communication and coordinate participation during the execution of the project. The document will be completed in May 2008.
The document details will include the
- project vision–
- identification of project elements
- visual designs
- identification of stakeholders and their roles
- coordinated multi year timeline , including priorities, dependencies and phasing
- participants and partners
- project budget information, fundraising plans, funding Sources
A project priority is to ensure that the project has momentum and can be continued post our involvement. |
