Our objective is to create a consolidated document encapsulating our client’s vision. The comprehensive plan will help facilitate communication and coordinate participation during the execution of the project. The document will be completed in May 2008.

The document details will include the

  • project vision–         
  • identification of project  elements
  • visual designs
  • identification of stakeholders and their roles
  • coordinated multi year timeline , including priorities, dependencies and phasing
  • participants and partners
  • project budget information, fundraising plans, funding Sources

A project priority is to ensure that the project has momentum and can be continued post our involvement.
 
 
 

Project Funding Plan

A detailed funding plan is in the process of being developed as part of the blueprint. Recognition of donors is a vital element of that plan.

Funding requirements are divided into two phases

Planning\Initiation Phase (immediate need)

  • Fees for landscape architect

  • Costs incurred in preparing the Blueprint\Plan

  • Estimate $10,000, will be composed of donations and grants

Execution\Realization (medium to long term need)

  • Labour

  • Supplies

  • Detailed Design

  • Will be a combination of donations, grants, in kind services and supply donations.

  • Estimate (pending the completion of the Blueprint\Plan)

–Showcase the plan
-Ground breaking
-present the planning documents to the school
